RZS Series Linear Vibrating Screen

The RZS series linear vibrating screen, produced by Zhongren Machinery Company, was jointly designed, developed, and manufactured in collaboration with China Institute of Mining and Technology. Our factory's engineering and technical personnel have spent years collecting user feedback, continuously optimizing and improving the product design, and repeatedly calibrating the technical parameters. Stable product quality and performance have earned user recognition and praise. The RZS series linear vibrating screen uses dual vibration motors as the driving device. When the two vibration motors rotate synchronously in opposite directions, the exciting forces generated by their eccentric blocks cancel each other out in the direction parallel to the motor axes and combine into a resultant force in the direction perpendicular to the motor axes. Consequently, the screen's motion trajectory is linear. The axes of the two motors are at a specific inclination angle relative to the screen surface. Under the combined action of the exciting force and the material's gravity, the material is thrown up and forward in a linear motion on the screen surface, thereby achieving the purpose of screening and grading the material. It is suitable for screening various dry powdered or granular materials of any particle size structure that are non-viscous.

The RZS series linear vibrating screen mainly consists of a feed inlet, screen frame, inspection port, screen box, support frame, vibration motors, vibration body, damping springs, and discharge outlets.

● Screen Box:   Welded from several steel plates of different thicknesses, it possesses certain strength and rigidity and is the main component of the screening machine.
● Screen Frame:   Made from steel frames or wood with minimal deformation (like pine), it is primarily used to keep the screen mesh taut for normal screening. Can also be designed as a rigid frame or stainless steel frame according to user requirements.
● Vibration Motors:   Feature heat-resistant and waterproof design, suitable for any occasion. Simple maintenance.
● Vibration Body:   Where the vibration motors are installed. The connecting screws must be tightened before use. Especially for new screens, they must be repeatedly tightened within the first three days of trial operation to prevent accidents caused by loosening.
● Damping Springs:   Prevent vibration from being transmitted to the ground while supporting the entire weight of the screen box. During installation, the springs must be perpendicular to the ground.
● Support Frame:   Composed of four pillars and two channel beams, it supports the screen box. During installation, the pillars must be perpendicular to the ground, and the channel beams under the two pillars should be parallel to each other.
