Classification of R-Series Test Sieve Frames

Test sieve frames are categorized based on sieve media:
◆ Metal Wire Woven Mesh Test Sieves
◆ Metal Perforated Plate Test Sieves
◆ Electroformed Test Sieves
Test sieve frames are strictly manufactured in accordance with the Chinese National Standard GB/T 6003.1-1997, conforming to the International Standard ISO 3310-1:1990.
Specification Range of R-Series Test Sieve Frames
Perforated Plate Sieve Frames: Nominal aperture sizes range from 32mm to 1mm.
Woven Wire Mesh Sieve Frames: Nominal aperture sizes range from 2.36mm to 0.015mm
Electroformed Sieve Frames: Nominal aperture sizes range from 0.50mm to 0.005mm.
Test sieve frames, covers, and receivers are crafted from premium stainless steel.
Special specifications for woven wire mesh sieve frames are available for custom order.
