The RLS Series Screw Conveyor is a continuous conveying device that moves materials via rotating helices (screws). Due to its limited internal flow area, it is unsuitable for conveying perishable, highly viscous, or easily agglomerated materials.
RLS screw conveyors can be configured for horizontal or inclined conveying (max. inclination: 20° for GX type, 15° for LS type). Special orders are required for directional changes. Structurally, the conveyor consists of head, intermediate, and tail sections, with various lengths available per section. Total length combinations range from:
● LS Type (Single Drive): 3.5m – 40m (Max. 40m for extra-large)
● RLS Type (Dual Drive): 4m – 80m (Max. 80m for extra-large)
Length increments are 0.5 meters.
