Product Description
The vacuum conveying machine operates by utilizing compressed air to generate high vacuum through a vacuum generator for material transportation. When compressed air is supplied to the vacuum generator, it creates negative pressure, forming a vacuum airflow that draws materials into the suction inlet. This material-air mixture travels through the transfer hose to the system's holding chamber. A precision filter completely separates materials from the air stream. After a preset duration (adjustable feeding cycle), the compressed air supply is interrupted, halting vacuum generation. Simultaneously, the discharge gate at the chamber base is pneumatically activated, releasing materials into downstream equipment as vacuum pressure dissipates. Concurrently, stored compressed air in the air reservoir initiates a reverse pulse to clean the filter automatically.
